We, at JMS Creative Leadership Solutions, strive to help organizations and individuals level up in their professional and personal life. What does that mean? Leveling up means taking strategic risks as an organization to ensure that everyone has a sense of inclusion, all employees feel valued, and that the organization truly cares for the well-being and emotional health of each employee.
This increases employee engagement and increases the sense of urgency of providing quality customer service hence increasing cash flow/revenue. On an individual basis, leveling up means developing a growth mindset, gaining emotional courage, and leading with heart which allows individuals to gain a keen sense of self-awareness, understanding one's biases, triggers, desires, and goals while gaining empathy, emotional strength, and resilience - basically, becoming a better version of oneself.

However, organizations often concentrate their efforts on increasing diversity, missing the full benefits of diversity that cannot be realized without an inclusive culture. Although inclusion is key to the success of a DE&I strategy, the complexity of the concept makes it a daunting pursuit. This is further complicated by the fact that creating inclusion is not a one-and-done exercise. Rather, it requires the ongoing commitment of employees at all levels to drive a cultural shift.
This is a journey that takes a partnership. This is a journey that may be a little uncomfortable at times because the transformation will take place. We will walk this together.
